At Your Site (Due to COVID, George Meyer AV is not currently making service calls.)
Repair- Service calls are available to many locations within Los Angeles. There is a one time fee of $175 for on site service calls.
- Includes comprehensive evaluation of your home theater to diagnose the problem.
- If the problem is in a video component, repair for your televisions and projectors is available five days a week at your location. If the problem is in an audio component that can be transported to our store, we will make the repair at our shop.
- On site estimate fees vary by equipment type and are applied to the total cost of your repair.
- George Meyer AV performs on site installation of new audio equipment.
- Re-installation of equipment that has been repaired at our shop is available at a rate of $150/hour.
- Evaluation of any current audio problems.
Warranty Information
- All repairs include a 90 day limited warranty on parts and labor.
Please note that a warranty from George Meyer AV applies only to units not covered under a manufacturer’s or an extended warranty.

- Ship to above address.
- Include the following:
- Shipping Form
- A check for the $80 estimate fee for out of warranty units, or we will call for a MasterCard/Visa/American Express credit card number when the unit is received
- We recommend shipping via Federal Express or UPS and adequately insuring your unit.
- Use original packaging if possible or a 3-ply box with bubble wrap.
- Pack the unit very securely.
