Shipping Information to our West Jefferson Blvd. Location
Include the following:
– Shipping Form
– A check for the $80 estimate fee for out of warranty units, or we will call for a MasterCard/Visa/American Express credit card number when the unit is received
– We recommend shipping via Federal Express or UPS and adequately insuring your unit.
– Use original packaging if possible or a 3-ply box with bubble wrap.
– Pack the unit very securely.
