On Site Repair

Our technicians will evaluate all components of your home theater and diagnose your specific problem.  Estimate fees vary by equipment type and are applied to the total cost of your repair.

If the problem is in a video component, repair for your televisions and projectors is available seven days a week at your location. Details of our audio service are listed below.  We will make service calls within 50 miles of our Santa Monica Boulevard location.

Audio and video

Audio and small video repair is done only at our Santa Monica Boulevard location.  Audio equipment estimate fee is $60.00 which is applied to the total cost of your repair.  Pick up and delivery available for a fee.  See drop off and shipping information below.

Car audio

George Meyer TV & Stereo is the only factory authorized service center in the U.S. for McIntosh car audio equipment. We also service Pioneer equipment.  All repairs are done at our Santa Monica Boulevard location.  Car audio estimate fee is $60.00 which is applied to the total cost of your repair.  See drop off and shipping information below.

All services we perform on amplifiers, preamplifiers and receivers are backed by a 1 year warranty, parts & labor.  All other audio and video items are backed by a 6 month warranty, parts & labor.*

*Applies to units not covered under a manufacturer's or an extended warranty

Shipping

• We recommend shipping via Federal Express or UPS and adequately insuring your unit
• Use the original packaging if possible or a 3-ply box with bubble wrap
• Pack the unit very securely

Include the following:

• Your name, phone number, and return address
• Sales receipt, if under manufacturer's warranty
• A check for the estimate fee of $60.00 or we will call for a MasterCard or Visa card number when the unit is received
